Method 1: Accessing Factory Reset Settings
Typically, you can navigate to the Settings page by accessing the Settings icon.
From there, proceed to Device Preferences, then About, and finally Launch Restore Factory Settings and confirm the action when prompted.
Method 2: Hard Reset by Code
However, if you are unable to access the Settings page, there is another way to perform a hard reset on your SuperBox.
Simply navigate to the home screen and press the dot and the number zero five times in a row, i.e. enter ".0.0.0.0.0" on the remote control to trigger an automatic hard reset.
